Extensions to bookings:
The rental rate is applicable to the specific booking extension
period and not the combined booking periods.
Eg.
Prices: 1 - 4 Weeks £450.00 per week / 5 - 8 Weeks £425.00 per
week / 9 - 12 Weeks £400.00 per week
Initial Booking: 5 Weeks @ £425.00 per week
Extension to Booking: 4 Weeks @ £450.00 per week
Four Months Plus:
Fixed Term Contracts & Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements available
for longer term bookings
Christmas / New Year:
Minimum two week rental period

Booking Fee
A £20.00 booking fee will be applied to each booking and any amendments
thereafter.

Four Months Plus: One or Two Month's Rental Payable as Security
Deposit
Security / Dilapidations Deposits will be charged 1 week prior
to the start of stay and refunded within 7 days of departure less
any charges incurred.
Payment Terms:
30% Non-returnable Rental Deposit Payable to confirm booking
70% Rental payable 8 weeks prior to commencement of stay or with
rental deposit if less than 8 weeks
Security Deposit payable 1 week prior to commencement of stay
Payment Method:
Visa or Mastercard credit cards accepted (2% transaction charge
applied)
Switch, Visa Delta, Solo cards accepted (No transaction charge applied)
Direct Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request) Hirer responsible
for bank charges
Sterling Cheque (Minimum 4 weeks prior to commencement of stay)
Arrival Time:
3.00pm to 6.00pm (Surcharge applied for earlier or later
arrival)
Departure Time:
No later than 10.00am (Surcharge applied for Later departure)
